General Litigation

Who doesn’t feel even mildly anxious when the word “litigation” pops up in a conversation?

A common characteristic of the human race is to fear the unknown and to most people living their normal lives, any kind of Court process brings a spontaneous tightness to their throats.

Seriously though, although I cannot state that litigation actually is a pleasant experience, I can assure you that it need not be the stressful experience most people envision upon first hearing the term.

Because no one likes being a party to litigation proceedings and since most people’s regular lives continue and have to continue outside the formal Court proceedings, I make it my personal mission to guide my clients through the process and to lighten the burden that rest upon them from the law end as much as possible.

I will be posting various blogs on this topic, concentrating on aspects of litigation which, although legal practitioners may take in their stride, is actually completely foreign and intimidating to the average layman client.

And in the event of you unfortunately having to become a party to litigation proceedings, you will not be completely at a loss for what is happening and how you need to deal with it.
